Mickey 17 is an upcoming American science

fiction action film directed by Christopher

Miller and co-written by Miller and Jonathan

Goldstein. It is the eighteenth installment in the

Mickey Mouse film series and is based on the

1957 short film of the same name. Produced by

Walt Disney Pictures, the film features an

all-new cast, with Don Hall returning to reprise

his role as Mickey Mouse, and intended to be

the final film in the series. A release is planned

for Christmas 2024. In the film, Mickey Mouse

is one of the last survivors of a global

pandemic that has caused people to turn into zombies.
